Performance of a Contract

Some of the Personal Data processed by us is done so that it is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to take steps at the user’s request before entering such an agreement.

A second ground relied upon for other types of processing of your Personal Data is that it is necessary for legitimate interests pursued by GICL.

When do we share your personal information with other organisations?

Your data collected is maintained and available for all GICL employees, consultants and interns. We will not share your personal information with external individuals or organisations except if we believe it is necessary to perform a contract or based on our legitimate interest. However, we will get in touch with you before sharing your details and ask for your consent in most cases.
