Global Impact Consultancy Limited (GICL) is a consultancy company founded in 2016 which specialises in humanitarian and development projects. We focus on Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation, program development, aid management & documentation, needs assessment & baseline surveys, capacity building, M&E data analysis and report writing, and humanitarian research.
Our head office is in Birmingham; however we have a solid international presence and operate in many countries in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa.
We were founded with the purpose of improving current and future projects by keeping a tab on what is happening. We do this by developing lessons learned and making recommendations to our partners and humanitarian actors to guide decision making about future humanitarian and development interventions around the world.
We comprise a UK-based staff and an international pool of expert consultants and teams on the ground. Given that we have experts on the ground, it allows us to deploy our teams to deliver our services rapidly and flexibly at the onset of any humanitarian projects funded by our partners. We have outlet offices and partners in Sudan, Syria and Iraq.

GICL appreciates that its partners work to assist the vulnerable and those most in need. As such, the highest level of confidentiality needs to be observed. GICL adheres to strict data protection protocols to ensure that data is handled securely and stored safely. No information is disclosed to a third party unless agreed otherwise with the partner.
Independence
GICL produces reports and provides consultancies in a wholly neutral and unbiased way. Our reports are objective, and our final recommendations are exempt from external influences.

We considers quality to be the most crucial criterion for our services. This leads to accuracy and efficiency when collecting data, completeness when writing reports, and meeting our partner’s commitments in a timely and professional manner.
